13-16 October, Personalized Yoga Camp with Faruk Kurtuluş – Bodrum

The program will be open to all levels (including those who do not have experience).

The program content will be as follows:

07:30 – Green Juice or Smoothie

08:00-09:30 Yoga

10:30-14:00 Free time – Sea, walking.

14:00-15:00 Lunch (A lunch menu full of vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian options)

15:00 -18:30 Free time

18:30-19:30 Yoga

20:00-21:00 Light dinner (Soup and Salad)

21:00 Free time

Faruk has been practicing yoga for 22 years and has been teaching for 13 years.

In this camp, you will be given special support in the foundation and development of your personal yoga practice, while at the same time you will learn how to revive the understanding from Raja Yoga in the practice of Hatha Yoga. And so you will be freed from the name confusion about yoga that exists in today’s world.

A certain distance will be maintained throughout the entire camp and all measures will be taken for the corona virus.

You will make your stay in a room with a separate entrance that opens onto the sea-view terrace and garden.

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, dresser, lampshade, kettle, herbal tea, electric blanket and electric fan heater. There are also towels, hair dryer and hot water in your bathroom.

Since the work we will do will always be in the direction of feeling life more clearly and therefore invigorating, invite yourself to stay away from them for this weekend if you have habits that make you drowsy, such as alcohol or excessive sugar. Thus, you can understand and feel the effect of the applications more clearly. This is an invitation to truly benefit from the program you are attending. Otherwise, we will not interfere with your ingrained habits during the camp.

The total price of the camp, which started on Friday evening and completed on Monday morning, is 15.880 TL + VAT.
