During IFEELYOGA retreats, you can experience yoga asana practices, dance meditations and the somatic body works in a very sensitive way. All the retreats there are movie nights about relationships to support the understanding of yoga to spread out to all aspects of the life.
What do we do during the retreats?
Yoga is an invitation for the mind to get closer to the body. Through this invitation, one can make contact with the feelings coming out in the body. All poses are a tool for strenthening this contact and feeling the body more clearly. What is important is not doing more without feeling, but doing the practice by adapting it to each body, by feeling it as much as possible. When one practices by feeling more, it allows the person to move in harmony with one’s true nature. One can live in integrity. This understanding opens the door for people to live by feeling their own bodies during events in the flow of daily life as well.
In the yoga pose applications during the retreats, very small details are being taught sensitively and in complete integrity. By repeating what you have learned every day, you have the chance to grasp things within your body as well. With the application during the retreats, you have the chance to make a very effective preparation for the yoga trainings in Istanbul or Fethiye.
