APPROACH<\/strong><\/p>\n

This gathering opens a space to experience the approach in person before entering the yoga teacher training process.<\/p>\n

The practices are shaped around sensing the body, researching movement, relating to practice through the elements, and connecting more directly with nature.<\/p>\n

Each session is offered as an invitation. Participation can follow each person\u2019s own rhythm. Watching, resting, or passing is always possible.<\/p>\n

Participation in the yoga teacher training is not required to join this retreat. You can also join simply for the retreat experience, practice, and a few days at Pastoral Vadi.<\/p>\n

WHO IS THIS FOR?<\/b><\/p>\n

Open to all levels.<\/p>\n

No previous yoga experience is required.<\/p>\n

It is a natural meeting space especially for our 200H \/ 300H students and graduates, while also remaining open to those joining for the first time.<\/p>\n

PASTORAL VADI<\/b><\/p>\n

Pastoral Vadi is located in Yan\u0131klar Village, Fethiye, in a wide and quiet area surrounded by nature.<\/p>\n

This is also why free time is kept spacious within the flow of the gathering: to walk, rest, talk, and spend a few days in a simpler rhythm.<\/p>\n

ACCOMMODATION<\/b><\/p>\n

Accommodation is at Pastoral Vadi.<\/p>\n

Rooms are generally shared by two people. The houses have shared bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.<\/p>\n

FOOD<\/b><\/p>\n

The menu is vegetarian \/ vegan.<\/p>\n

A gluten-free option can be prepared.<\/p>\n

Tea is included. Coffee is extra.<\/p>\n

By Plane<\/b><\/p>\n

The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport.<\/p>\n

From Dalaman Airport, take the Hava\u015f shuttle bus to Fethiye. After approximately 40 minutes, before reaching Fethiye, get off in Yan\u0131klar Village, just after crossing the bridge, in front of Karde\u015fler Market.<\/p>\n

There is a taxi stand next to the market. Pastoral Vadi is about 3 km from there.<\/p>\n

By Bus<\/b><\/p>\n

For those coming by bus from Ankara or Istanbul:<\/p>\n

The nearest bus station is Fethiye Bus Station. At the bus station, ask for Mu\u011fla Makas\u0131. It is the large intersection located about 50 meters from the bus station.<\/p>\n

Minibuses to Yan\u0131klar Village pass through this intersection. Yan\u0131klar Village is the last stop. You can either ask the minibus driver to take you to Pastoral Vadi for an additional fee, or get off in front of Karde\u015fler Market and take one of the taxis waiting there.<\/p>\n

For those coming by bus from \u0130zmir:<\/p>\n

Get off in front of Karde\u015fler Market in Yan\u0131klar Village, approximately 15 km before Fethiye. From there, take one of the taxis waiting in front of the market.<\/p>\n

By Car<\/b><\/p>\n

If you are coming from Fethiye:<\/p>\n

On the Antalya\u2013Mu\u011fla main road, about 15 km after Fethiye, you will see the sign for Yan\u0131klar Village. Continue on the main road. First, you will see the Petline petrol station, then a pedestrian bridge.<\/p>\n

Move into the right lane and slow down. About 50 meters after the pedestrian bridge, leave the main road and turn right onto the side road. Continue through the houses for a while, then turn right, keeping Karg\u0131 Stream on your left.<\/p>\n

This paved road is Dolmu\u015f Caddesi. After a while, the road leaves the streamside and reaches an irrigation canal slightly higher up. Follow the road on the left side of the irrigation canal.<\/p>\n

Pastoral Vadi is about 3 km from the main road. You will see the \u201cPastoral Vadi\u201d sign on the left.<\/p>\n

If you are coming from Dalaman:<\/p>\n

On the Mu\u011fla\u2013Antalya main road, after G\u00f6cek and \u0130nlice Village, pass the sign for Katranc\u0131 Bay. As you go down the hill, you will see the sign for Yan\u0131klar Village, Karg\u0131 Stream, and the bridge you will cross.<\/p>\n

About 100 meters after crossing the bridge, turn right. When the road ends, turn right again. Continue a little further, pass under the bridge, and you will reach Dolmu\u015f Caddesi.<\/p>\n

After a while, the road leaves the streamside and reaches an irrigation canal slightly higher up. Follow the road on the left side of the irrigation canal.<\/p>\n

You do not need to be registered for a teacher training to join this retreat. Those who simply want to join the retreat experience are also welcome.<\/p>\n

Those who wish can also consider this retreat as an introduction and pre-gathering before the IFY 200H and 300H Yoga Teacher Trainings. It is suitable for those who would like to work with us face to face, see our teaching language, and practice together before moving into the teacher training.<\/p>\n

Participants who are interested in the 200H summer term starting on June 27 or the new 200H term starting on September 5 can continue with the registration process after the retreat.<\/p>\n

The retreat is also open to our current students and graduates who would like to come together again, practice, and share the atmosphere of Pastoral Vadi.<\/p>\n

The days begin with morning yoga practices. During the day, time is left for walking, resting, and free time. In the late afternoons, there will be somatic work, movement research, and sharings related to the \u201cBeing Nature Itself\u201d approach.<\/p>\n

This advantage can be used for the June 27 summer term, the September 5 new term, or a later IFY teacher training.<\/p>\n

For IFY graduates and current students:
