You can join these classes for one year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">When you register, I also add 5 beginner classes to your account. In these classes, we go through Sun Salutations, basic transitions, Child\u2019s Pose, tabletop work, Trikonasana, and an introduction to the Warrior poses. This allows you to join the weekday live classes more comfortably.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">In the classes, I offer different options.
