On the first day of the retreat, there is a welcome meeting and a gentle practice at 18:00.

The main program flow starts on the morning of May 25.

On the last day, May 28, the program ends at 12:30 with a closing session after breakfast. Departure time is open afterward.

The approach

The somatic practices move through shifting the center of gravity, moving with bodily sensations, opening space for expression, and relating to the environment.

There is no performance pressure. No one is pushed during the sessions. There are no assigned roles.

Participants may join or observe; a “pass” option is always available. Personal sharing is optional.

One evening in the program includes a cinema/meditation and sharing night.

Level

The retreat is open to all levels.

It offers a safe and accessible starting point for participants with no prior yoga experience.

For experienced practitioners, it provides space to refresh the practice and explore new details.

Pastoral Vadi

Pastoral Vadi is located in Yanıklar Village, Fethiye (Muğla), spread across a calm and spacious natural area. It offers room to walk, rest, and simplify the rhythm of the day.

This is why free-time periods are intentionally kept long: to experience nature, rest, walk, connect, and adjust the pace according to personal needs.

Accommodation

Accommodation is at Pastoral Vadi. Lodging is shared; rooms usually accommodate two people. Each house has one shared bathroom.

Check-in is at 14:00, check-out at 12:00 (may be flexible depending on availability). Slippers are recommended for indoor use.

Meals

The menu is vegetarian/vegan. Gluten-free options can be prepared upon request. Tea is included; coffee is charged separately.

Studio and practice areas

The farm has two yoga halls (a large hall of 150 m² and a smaller one of 75 m²). There is also an outdoor practice area by the river.

Another group may be present at the same time; space usage is planned accordingly.

How to get to Pastoral Vadi

Pastoral Vadi is located in Yanıklar Village, Fethiye, Muğla.

Approximately 15 km from Fethiye city center and 40 km from Dalaman Airport.

Dalaman Airport (DLM)

The closest and easiest option. You can reach Pastoral Vadi directly by private transfer or taxi.

Antalya Airport (AYT)

An alternative route with a longer distance. You can travel by private transfer or rental car toward Fethiye, then continue to Yanıklar. It is also possible to take a bus to Fethiye Bus Terminal and then continue by taxi or minibus.

By car

Pastoral Vadi is located on the Fethiye–Dalaman main road in Yanıklar Village. Exact directions are shared after registration.

What to bring

Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, walking shoes, slippers for indoor use, sunscreen, and personal essentials.
