TRAINING APPROACH
This training is based on the Becoming Nature Itself approach.
Regardless of your experience, age, body, or how you feel on that particular day, you practice within a safe and inclusive space.
Rather than trying to place the body into a pose, we explore how the body is felt from within, how it moves, and how it relates.
Earth, water, wind, and fire are not treated here as separate “themes,” but as states that arise together in every moment of the practice.
Just like the places in nature where we enjoy being: moist earth, open air, soft sunlight, a gentle wind. In the practice, we explore the inner climate in the body that corresponds to this.
We are not only interested in how a movement looks from the outside, but also in what it opens inside, how the breath meets the movement, and how different parts of the body relate to one another.
Fascial awareness, the breath-movement relationship, sequencing language, the philosophy of anatomy, and bodily wholeness are among the main areas of study in this training. These are not approached as abstract or heavy theories, but understood directly through practice.
Instead of filling yourself with memorized information, you learn through movement.
To truly understand a spiral can sometimes teach more than long anatomical explanations. Because the body does not grasp knowledge only in the mind; it understands it through movement.
In this training, instead of forcing fixed shapes, we practice moving, listening, feeling, and learning how to express all of this through a simple teaching language.
PROGRAM FLOW
The training takes place online through live meetings.
After registration, access to the training library opens immediately. This means you can start studying without waiting for the live meetings, watch the classes in your own time, and revisit them whenever you need.
You can join the weekday live classes, bring your questions to the live meetings, and watch any classes you miss through the recordings.
In this training, being online does not weaken the process; it offers repetition, continuity, and the possibility to study in your own time.
Details that can sometimes be missed in in-person trainings can be revisited here through video recordings and the training library. This allows you to continue your own practice not only during class hours, but throughout the whole training process.
If you wish, you can also support this process with the in-person retreats held during the year. Retreats are not mandatory; you do not need to attend a retreat to complete the online training.
