At least 50% live attendance is required. Missed sessions can be watched as replays.

• 112 hours of recorded training videos – access to the Training Library

• Quizzes and homework designed to bring awareness into daily life

• Group work

• Access to Tuesday–Thursday morning classes throughout the year

• A brief history of Western philosophy originating from the lands we live on

• Connections between yoga philosophy, Ancient Greek philosophy, and modern Western thought

• Work on receiving strength from the root family and finding one’s authentic expression

• Somatic practices on how yoga understanding extends into relationships and communication

• A general overview of the current state of the world and our relationship with it

• Functional yoga anatomy

• The psychology of the chakras

• Use of language in yoga classes

• Key principles of creating yoga sequences

• Methods for creating one’s own authentic yoga sequences

• Details on teaching yoga classes with thematic structure

Yoga Alliance Certification

Participants who successfully complete the program are eligible to receive a Yoga Alliance–approved 200-Hour Certificate.

Once your registration is complete, you receive the introductory PDFs and immediate access to the video lessons.
