Training Approach
This program explores the Being Nature Itself approach at an advanced level.
The work deepens through the body’s structural integrity, fascial relationships, and the direction of movement. Rather than accumulating technical knowledge, the focus is on developing the ability to teach through bodily intelligence and clarifying the natural flow of giving a class.
Simplicity, a clear sense of direction, transitions, and teaching language are central to the practice.
Yoga is explored not only on the mat, but also in how it translates into relationships, communication, and everyday life.
The training progresses entirely through online modules.
Participants who wish may also join in-person retreats held in Datça and Bali.
Those who complete the program are eligible to receive a Yoga Alliance–approved 300-Hour Certificate.
