Feeling Bali from the Inside
This private week is prepared not only for going to Bali, but for experiencing the island’s daily rhythm, cultural texture, relationship with nature and way of life more closely.
Yoga, meditation and body practices are at the center of the week. The days begin or deepen with private practices that develop step by step according to the participant’s body, practice and needs. Bali’s temples, rice fields, walks, local places, meals and everyday encounters become a living part of this practice.
Here, excursions are not approached only as touristic stops. Each place becomes an experiential space that can be talked about, felt and related to the participant’s own process.
Program Content
The program becomes clear step by step according to the participant’s body, practice, interests and reason for coming to Bali.
There is a general Bali experience; however, the days do not follow a ready-made route. Yoga practices develop according to the person’s body, experience and the type of practice they need during that week. Food experiences and local place selections are also decided together according to the participant’s eating style, preferences and daily rhythm.
In this way, the week becomes a special experience that carries Bali’s local life, culture and nature while also taking shape around the participant.
The general flow includes:
Daily yoga, meditation and body practices
Personalized movement and practice sessions
Time in Ubud’s temples, streets, markets and rice fields
Sharings on Balinese culture, rituals and daily life
Meditative walks and contact with nature
Local places and selected food experiences
Ubud-based daily routes
An additional route that can extend to Amed or Uluwatu, depending on the participant’s interest
Conversations on Bali’s philosophy, way of life and relationship with nature
Not a Touristic Trip
The aim of this program is not to see as many places as possible.
The aim is to spend time in selected places, experience Bali’s culture and nature from the inside, develop the body practice together with this contact, and live the week as a personal field of exploration.
Beyond Bali’s touristic routes, local life, daily rituals, small stops, nature, food, walking and conversation become part of this week.
Accommodation and Route
The program is Ubud-based. For accommodation, areas close to central Ubud, especially around Nyuh Kuning, are recommended; quieter places with a closer contact with nature are preferred.
When the participant stays in these areas, morning yoga practices can take place in Faruk Kurtuluş’s private studio in Ubud. In this way, the week becomes a personal experience intertwined with daily practice, conversation and Bali’s everyday rhythm.
Accommodation may vary according to the participant’s preferences, budget, selected dates and room type. Suitable accommodation options can be reviewed together during the registration process.
Throughout the program, the days take place in and around Ubud. Temples, rice fields, local places, walking routes, food experiences and small stops within everyday life accompany this week.
Depending on the participant’s preference, different areas such as Amed or Uluwatu can be included as an additional route. These additional routes are clarified separately according to the participant’s interest, time and budget.
Accommodation, meals, local transportation and entrance fees are covered separately by the participant.
