There are 8 different videos in the recent online pack which duration is 250 minutes in total. It’s open to each level of participants and fits for the beginners, as well. If you’re a new beginner or beginner, you can safely start. If you are an experienced one, you’ll be aware of many different details in your body through the videos.
Each video has been prepared carefully to support your body integrity and relationship with yourself gently.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 27 minutes – Stepping/walking, sitting and lying down.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 22 minutes – Whole body articulations.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 30 minutes – Utkatasana/Chair Pose.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 29 minutes – Half Moon Salutation, seated Yoga poses, supine/lying on back poses with simple rotations and forward bends.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 30 minutes – Half Sun Salutation, symmetrical standing poses, seated poses with simple rotations, supine poses by back bends and forward bends softly.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 35 minutes – Symmetrical standing poses, seated hip-opening poses, rotations and forward bends.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 40 minutes – Warrior I Pose, prone/downward facing and supine back bends.
- Lesson: Beginner Level, 34 minutes – Warrior II Pose, seated and lying down hip-openings and forward bends.
