NEW YEAR’S YOGA CAMP PROGRAM INFORMATION:
With New Year’s Yoga Camp, we are starting the new year fresh with yoga, games, and new friends… (This year, we are holding a New Year’s yoga camp for the 12th time!)
The general program flow of the camp will be as follows:
08:00 – 09:30 Yoga and meditation
09:45 – 11:30 Breakfast
11:30 – 15:30 Free time
15:00 – 16:00 Awareness activities and sharing
16:30 – 18:00 Free time
18:00 – 19:00 Yoga and meditation
19:15 – 20:30 Dinner
Our introductory lesson on the first day will be at 18:00.
At January 1st, we will do an ending session after the breakfast. And the camp will be finishes at 12:30.
Participation requirement:
No experience level is required to participate in our camps or trainings. You can easily participate even if you have no experience. There is only one point that we want everyone who participates in online programs or camps to comply with in order to keep the area safe: We request that no one act with the motivation of trying to change anyone. We expect all participants to comply with this. Therefore, everyone can participate exactly as they are. And the diversity and colorfulness that emerges is very inspiring for all of us. Thus, our potential to learn from each other increases.
Accommodation options at our New Year’s Yoga Camp:
•For a triple room with en-suite bathroom: 7,050 TL per person (including VAT)
•For a double room with en-suite bathroom: 7,560 TL per person (including VAT)
•For a single room with en-suite bathroom: 11,400 TL (including VAT).
The accommodation fees include vegetarian open buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, on New Year’s Eve, roast turkey, rice, salad, soup, three types of appetizers, and hot wine are also included in the fee.

Arriving at Şirince and Stoa (and Returning from Stoa)
The first minibus from Selçuk to Şirince is at 7:00. There is a minibus every 20 minutes until 10:00.
Then there is a minibus every 30 minutes from 10:00 to 17:00.
After 17:00, flight intervals decrease to 20 minutes.
Last minibus from Selçuk between 1 October – 30 March: 17:40
You should get off the minibus at the entrance of Şirince, in front of Yorgo Restaurant. If you forget to get off here, don’t worry, the last stop is 100 meters away.
You can reach the Stoa (Theatre Madrasa) by following the signs from the road in front of Yorgo Restaurant.
The distance between Şirince and Stoa is 900 meters.

Who is Faruk Kurtuluş?
After graduating from the Private Saint-Michel French High School, he graduated from Beykent University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cinema, and then completed his master’s degree at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Photography.
Her first encounter with yoga was at the age of 9, by watching her mother, Sitare Kurtuluş, one of the students of Müheyya İzer, one of the pioneers of yoga in Turkey. During his childhood and youth, he was always interested in eastern philosophy. She started yoga with Esra Karaosmanoğlu in 2002. After completing her teacher training with Zeynep Aksoy in 2009, she started teaching at Cihangir Yoga. He taught at this studio between 2010 and 2015. During this period, he worked and received training with many world-famous teachers such as Godfrey Devereux, Tias Little, Desire Rumbaugh, Paul Grilley, Chris Chavez, Sienna Sherman, Sean Corn and Edward Clark. At the same time, she received Yin Yoga training with Berivan Aslan, Yoga Therapy with Banu Çadırcı, and Vinyasa Yoga training with Mey Elbi in Turkey. After completing another teacher training with Chris Chavez, she received Dynamic Yoga training from Godfrey Devereux in France and Italy. He received his general education in Türkiye, India, Bulgaria, Italy and France. He participated in many different studies and gained experience in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Thailand and Spain. She received “Family Constellation”, “Zen Way of Counselling” and “Trauma Sensitivity” trainings with Svagito Liebermeister in Istanbul and Bulgaria, and assisted him in his trainings between 2010-2015. The experiences he gained in these trainings opened the door for the body sensitivity that yoga brought to him to be carried into his relationships and thus spread to every moment of his life.
Instructor Experience:
All these experiences broadened Faruk’s perspective on yoga and the way he teaches it. She started holding her own yoga camps in 2010, when she started teaching studio classes. The number of camps he has organized since 2010 has exceeded 150. He started giving Yoga Teacher Trainings in 2013. He founded his own brand, IFEELYOGA, in 2014. He trained hundreds of teachers. In the trainings he gave, he combined yoga asana practice with active dance meditations, family constellation, group studies and movie screenings about relationships, and supported yoga to be felt in every moment of life, with an artistic approach.
After 22 years of self-research and training in the biggest studios of Istanbul, he received awards in Florence and Rome in Italy with his first 5-minute short film, “We Can Meet Again Only If We Are Ourselves”, which he shot in 2019. Then, his last short film, “Wisteria My Love”, which he completed in November 2021
