300-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training with Faruk Kurtuluş
This 300-hour training program is an in-depth course built upon your foundational 200-hour training. The main training officially begins in January 2025, with preliminary preparation sessions in November and December to help participants reconnect with fundamental knowledge and start the course with a strong foundation.

Access to Intermediate and Advanced Level (IFY 2-3) classes on Wednesday mornings.
The opportunity to join morning classes throughout the year, open to all levels (IFY All Levels).
80 Hours of Offline Training Videos: These videos will be provided in a systematic progression throughout the course, with access available for 6 months. The video content is designed to continually support participants in developing their practice and knowledge.

2.Master-Level Sequences: Advanced flows and sequences with refined nuances. (20 Master Sequences + keys to help you create your own unique sequences).
3.Refined Energy and Awareness Practices: Working with subtle energetic systems and creating sequences specific to these systems.
4.Deepening in Functional Yoga Anatomy: Comprehensive and functional anatomy knowledge that is linked to the practice.
5.Deepening in Yoga Philosophy: A structured approach to deepening and internalizing yoga philosophy.
6.Thematic Teaching: Techniques to enrich your sequences by incorporating themes from yoga philosophy into your teaching.
7.Somatic Relationship Work: Somatic exercises aimed at creating awareness and techniques for cultivating meaningful relationships.
