Participation Fee:

4 online weekend sessions (You must attend at least two live. Recordings will be available for missed sessions.)

80 hours of offline training videos

Quizzes and self-awareness-based assignments designed to integrate yoga into daily life

Group work and community engagement

Opportunity to join ongoing Tuesday-Thursday morning classes throughout the year

(Please note that all live sessions require open camera participation.)

International Yoga Alliance Certified Certificate

Participants who complete the program will receive a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour certificate.
